cozy, cozy, cozy
We spent 5 nights in a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, and it was perfect! The outdoor swimming pool seemed like our own oasis, with only a few guests sharing the experience. Each morning, we sipped coffee on our screened-in porch while the sunset painted the sky in the evening-a amazing backdrop to our getaway.

Loved this hotel, had such great experience. Friendly venue, I stayed here with my girlfriend. The staff and people generally were nice. The whole room was extremely spacious with the fabulous sunset and coffee, for instance. The location couldn't be more unbeatable in a tropical jungle.

Staying here with the kids and a friend was awesome! The big game room kept everyone entertained, and the onsite pool was a favorite hangout spot. We enjoyed access to the gardens, too, for some relaxing family time after surfing at the excellent point break nearby.
My wife says that the breakfast options could be improved.

We spent 5 nights in a Double Room with Balcony and Sea View, and it was fantastic! The room had a screened-in porch, perfect for sipping coffee in the morning and catching sunsets with wine. The tropical landscaping was like a private paradise, and the pool was like our own little retreat, often just for us. Super cozy and relaxing!

This secret part of Costa Rica is very much off the beaten path, but worth every mile down the beautiful west coast! The landscaping at La Ponderosa features intricate tropical vegetation. The upstairs room had a screened-in porch perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying fabulous sunsets. The pool was often like our private oasis with just a couple of guests sharing it.
